When sharpening is requested, we lend out a substitute pair of scissors. This time, we have an episode about the Angel II.
This is a barber shop run by a man in his 50s. It's a small, local barber shop that operates closely with the community, displaying handicrafts made by local women's circles within the shop. The regulars are often customers in their 40s to 60s, both men and women.
This time, after lending out the Angel II for a week, the barber really liked it.
Reason ①: Wonderful finish. Just by cutting, the hair looked beautiful, as if it had been treated.
Reason ②: Soft sharpness and smooth release. The customers didn't even notice they were getting a haircut.
Reason ③: Lightness and good balance of the scissors body. There was less strain, and it could be maneuvered freely.
Regarding the beauty in ①... As part of their service, they take photos of hairstyles after a cut and keep them as data. Comparing the current photo with one from three months ago, I was surprised! The shine and luster of the hair were completely different.
When I visited after the scissors were sharpened, the barber seemed reluctant to return them, saying, "Do I really have to give these back?" He asked if he could use them a little longer.
Then, a week later, he couldn't let them go. He said, "Now that my customers know this beauty, I can't use the old scissors anymore." With such high praise, he purchased them.
