Question: I'd like to request scissor maintenance. What should I do?
Answer: Thank you. If you are in an area with a sales representative, we will visit you to collect them. We also accept mail-in orders, so please refer to the information below.
STEP 1. Package and ship the scissors you want sharpened. You can send them via parcel delivery services (Takkyubin, Yu-Pack, Letter Pack, etc.). Shipping address: 3208 Somagi, Tsubame City, Niigata Prefecture 959-1284 Unison Co., Ltd. If using Yamato Transport, you can send them to Niigata Sugoro Center.

STEP 2. We will ship them within 5-7 days of arrival (If urgent, we can ship 1-2 days after arrival. If you need it urgently, please write a note).
STEP 3. Payment: We will send a postal transfer form with the sharpened scissors. Please pay within one week of receipt.

Answer: Yes, we can.
By the way, the sharpening fee for cutting scissors is ¥4,000, and for thinning scissors it's ¥4,500. Delivery time: 1-1.5 weeks.
Question: How do I know when my scissors need sharpening?
Answer: If your scissors don't cleanly cut through a dry tissue, we recommend sharpening them.

Answer: Some clippers can be sharpened and some cannot. Please contact us for details.
